These terms explain how buying on yoga-vs-qigong.com works. By placing an order, you agree to them. I have tried to write them in plain language wherever legal wording isn’t strictly necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email for any questions: info@yoga-vs-qigong.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The site sells digital products: the e-book \u201cYoga vs Qigong: Basic Techniques\u201d in PDF format and the audiobook in MP3 format (a ZIP archive). Each edition is sold separately, in English, Bulgarian or Russian. The printed book is not sold through the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The description, language of the edition and file size are shown on the book page<\/a>. The YouTube video lessons that the QR codes in the book lead to are free and open to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prices are in euros and include all taxes and charges that I am required to pay. The final amount is shown on the checkout page before you pay; there are no hidden extras. If your order contains the e-book and the audiobook of the same edition, the audiobook is discounted, which is also shown before payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You choose the edition and format, enter your email address (your name is optional) and pay. The sales contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. An order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please check your email address before paying, as the download links are sent there. If you made a mistake, write to me and I will send the links to the correct address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can pay by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Details are on the Payment<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The files are available immediately after payment: the download links appear on the \u201cThank you for your purchase\u201d page and are sent by email. Each link can be used up to 10 times and does not expire. If the links stop working or the email doesn\u2019t arrive, write to me and I will send new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you buy the book, you get the right to read and listen to it for personal use on any of your devices and to print pages for yourself. You may not publish the files, send them to other people, sell them, or use the text, photos and audio commercially without my written permission. All rights to the book, photos and recordings belong to the author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Refund and exchange rules are on the Refunds<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The book, videos and texts on this site describe yoga and qigong exercises and do not replace medical advice. If you have health conditions or injuries, or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before you start. Practice at your own pace and stop if you feel pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I am responsible for the files matching their description and opening correctly. If something is wrong with a file, I will fix it or refund you as described on the refunds page. I am not responsible if a file cannot be opened because of the buyer\u2019s device or software, but I will help you sort it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How I handle buyers\u2019 data is described in the Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The contract is governed by Bulgarian law. If you buy as a consumer and live in another EU country, you keep all the rights that the law of your country gives you.
