Payment methods
You can pay:
- by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards accepted by Stripe;
- with Apple Pay on Apple devices;
- with Google Pay in Chrome and on Android.
The Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons appear automatically if your browser and device support them.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in euros. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so your statement may show a slightly different figure. Any conversion fee is charged by your bank, not by me.
Security
Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the largest payment services in the world. You enter your card details into Stripe’s secure form; they never reach my site, and I neither see nor store them. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment (a code by SMS or in your banking app), that is the standard 3-D Secure protection.
When you are charged
The money is charged at the moment of payment. Right after that you get the download links on the “Thank you for your purchase” page and by email.
If the payment fails
Banks most often decline a payment because of a card limit, a ban on online purchases or a typo in the details. Try another card or Apple Pay / Google Pay. If you were charged but did not receive the links, write to info@yoga-vs-qigong.com with the email address you used for the order, and I will sort it out quickly.
Payment documents
An order confirmation with the amount is emailed to you right after payment. If you need another payment document, write to me.
