The e-book and audiobook are digital files that you receive immediately after payment, so refunds work a little differently from a regular shop. Below are all the cases in which I will refund you or replace the file.
The file doesn’t open or never arrived
If a file is damaged, doesn’t open, doesn’t match its description, or the links never arrived, write to me. I will send a working file or new links. If the problem can’t be fixed, I will refund the full amount.
You bought the wrong edition
If you bought the book in the wrong language by mistake, write to me within 14 days of purchase and I will swap it for the edition you need free of charge.
You paid twice
If the same order was paid twice, I will refund the extra payment.
You changed your mind before downloading
Within 14 days of purchase you can cancel your order without giving a reason, as long as you haven’t downloaded any of the files yet. You will get a full refund.
After downloading
Under EU law, the 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content ends once you have agreed to immediate delivery and the download has started. You give this consent when you place your order. So if the files have been downloaded and work fine, the purchase is not refundable. If your situation is special, write to me anyway and we’ll talk.
How to request a refund or exchange
Write to info@yoga-vs-qigong.com from the email address you used for the order. Include the order number (it’s in the email) and briefly describe what happened. I will reply within 3 business days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method, within 14 days after we agree on the refund. Stripe usually processes it within a few days, but when the money appears on your card depends on your bank.
